John Schaefer is a restoration industry veteran of more than 23 years, having acquired world-class education and experience in a wide variety of losses in excess of $3M. He is currently Director of Operations for ACR, Inc., and is responsible for developing the company’s policy and procedure standards, as well as integration of technical advancements to improve the performance of restoration services. John is among the most thoroughly certified restoration professionals, with dozens of certifications and advanced designations from the governing bodies of the restoration industry. He also holds the most respected advanced designations from the Restoration Industry Association (RIA): • Certified Restorer (CR) • Water Loss Specialist (WLS)
