JASON PEREZ JOINS ACR AS CONSTRUCTION LEAD

Jason Perez, a Chicago native joins ACR with nearly 7 years of construction management experience. Reporting to Joe Ackerley, Director of Construction Services, Jason will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and tracking their progress from budgeting to scheduling to implementation -- all while keeping in mind cost-effective solutions for ACR clients.

We knew Jason was the right person for the job because his resume is packed full of great experience like owning his own construction company, working as a water main lining technician, and serving as a project manager and coordinator where he oversaw projects from $250,000 to $8 million with a strong reputation for keeping a margin of 10-15% under budget for clients.

Outside of work, Jason is a father to 3 amazing children and a husband to a loving wife who he jokes puts up with him every day. Jason is passionate about building relationships, which serves him well in all that he does. Fun fact! Jason is also an Illinois property leasing agent.
