ACR was delighted to be invited to present an educational program to independent adjusters attending the NAIIA Conference in Chicago. The October conference attendees for the Mid States Region were treated to Bob Smolka’s 30+ years of education and experience in dealing with suspected fungal growth relating to claim files.

Among the first thousand people in the world ever to receive certification as a mold remediation professional, Bob’s knowledge base is truly enormous and the information shared should provide additional value to independent adjusters when confronted with this complicated subject.

ACR has been engaged in delivering continuing education for decades. The reason is that we believe that adhering to best-practices benefits all who participate in the restoration process.
