CAMICB and SEIU LOCAL-1 APPROVED WATER PROGRAM EXCLUSIVELY FOR CMCAs

ACR IS OFFERING the SPRING ce course
“A Community Association Manager’s Guide to Water Damage”

The CAMICB (Community Association Managers International Certification Board) and SEIU Local-1 have approved our course, “A Community Association Manager’s Guide to Water Damage” to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA® certification.

We have served the restoration needs of property managers for more than three decades and as a result of listening closely, the content of these courses can be of significant assistance to promote better outcomes and to retain greater control during losses.

After all, it’s all about maintaining operational continuity and getting your business back in business.

In our “A Community Association Manager’s Guide to Water Damage” CE Course, ACR’s Master Water Restorer, Bob Smolka will take a deep-dive into the following:

  • Water types

  • Classifications of water damage

  • How to determine whether restoration or replacement is needed

  • What costs are associated with each determination, and

  • How to make a final determination to repair or replace
