The CAMICBSM (Community Association Managers International Certification Board) and SEIU Local 1 have approved our courses, “A Community Association Manager's Guide to Restoration of Property Damage” and “A Community Association Manager’s Guide to Water Damage” to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA® certification.
