“I am highlighting the exemplary work that Eric Brophy and your team (ACR) did out at 1212 N LSD.  Given the circumstances, this project had all the potential in the world to be an intense nightmare for everyone involved, instead we have been getting compliments from the residents and management alike.  As you know, there are a lot of moving pieces on a job of this magnitude, and you need someone assertive and detail-oriented on your team to keep a cool head, and Eric was that guy.  With all of the common areas, and over 90 affected units including complaints from the South tower, he was able to keep notes in his head that could be referenced day or night.  He was always available throughout the project, and if he missed a call it would be returned within the hour so we could keep the guys moving forward.  Due to his knowledge and experience in the trade, the field staff respected his leadership which made the project run as smoothly as can be expected when you’re dealing with nearly 100 displaced families, multiple adjusters and management expectations.  It has been a pleasure working together and I look forward to the next project.”
